Pack not renewed

Hi, I bought £15 credit last night ready for my existing pack to renew today and it has not renewed, tells me to buy credit but I already have enough credit to cover it and it clearly shows that I have credit. In order to renew my pack it wants me to top up again. Any ideas?!

You need to add some credit to pay for your Pack, please top up at ee.co.uk/myee. Your pack will then start automatically. For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices
