      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently moved abroad and changed my SIM-only plan to Pay-As-You-Go to keep my number. I was told I need to use the number at least once every 60days. However, I cannot see my plan, top-up option on MyEE profile. It says “account closed”. 🤨&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would be shame to lose my number after all...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to call CS to delete your old contract MyEE a/c &amp;amp; then you can set up your new PAYG MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. &amp;amp; email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I do it online? Would like to avoid phone calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I rang EE while still in the UK they said it will be automatic transfer and I wouldn’t need to do anything apart from using the number every 60 days to keep it active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CS were talking about the SIM itself &amp;amp; its usability, not about the online MyEE a/c which is optional.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
