So I have topped up my account money is out my bank but I havent reaceived my top contacted back and they said theyve take it. This happens all the time and I'm sick of it costs a fortune to call them it's a joke anyone know what I can do?

If you log into your My EE account, do you have any information showing for how the credit has been used?

What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the landing or My EE Mobile page.

Looks like you don't have a Pack. You musta STOPped it in the past. You are paying for your calls & texts at standard rates directly out of your credit.

What does it say under "Your usage" on that page?

Yes, you are using your credit on texts & calls. I can see 3 texts yesterday in your usage history & there must be more below.

Your last recorded top-ups were on 11 April. Those texts were made after.

I should tot up all your top-ups in your Top-up History & subtract from them all the charges in your Usage History.
