Unable to make calls from abroad

I live in Vietnam for most of the year but keep my UK number which I use when I am back in the UK. I haven't used it much recently as I have been unable to return to the UK. When I tried to make a phone call it was unable to do so even though I recently bought credit. I was also unable to connect to 150 or the number suggested for people overseas. I am able to send texts though. Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance.

Hello @MJW78

When did you last use the phone for a chargeable action? If the text message you sent was from a pack or bundle, it won't count.

I'd recommend a read of the PAYG hibernation policy and check if you have potentially fallen foul of the timelines mentioned there.
