      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently changed my monthly plan to a pay as you go and I've been told I need to set up a new password.       <description>I'm not in the UK at the moment and won't be returning until September therefore I can't activate my SIM which is why I'm trying to do it through Customer Services.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My mum is in the UK and called for me and was told that I should ask the EE community to set me up a password so she could deal with it for me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
