How do I switch from my 24 month contract sim to a pay as you go sim on the day my contract ends

You got to give 30 days notice of cancellation.

So 30 days before your end date call up and request to cancel and move to PAYG

I rang up two days ago to tell them I wanted to switch to pay as you go the day my 24 month contract comes to an end witch is today so they told me to ring them today so they can set it all up with me so asoon as I finished work today Iv rang and it say the office is closed till tomorrow would I still be able to switch to pay as you go sim tomorrow?

No you have to give 30 days notice as per the T&C's so of you give notice tomorrow you'll move to PAYG 30 days after that.

So if I ring them in the morning it wil be 30 days after that before I can switch from contract to pay as you go ? , and thank you very much for the help👍

If you give us a call after 8am today our Mobile Care team can help you with cancelling your contract and moving your number to pay as you go, they will let you know the date this will transfer for you 🙂
