Pay as you go sim, how can I show ‘proof of phone bill’?

I’ve been asked to show proof of phone bill on a app of mine however never had a contract only ever had my pay as you go Sim which I top up £10 monthly, been struggling to find where I would find ‘proof of my phone bill’ not being on a contract phone

You are not issued a bill on a pay as you go account.

Does the app specifically ask for a mobile phone bill?

If your being asked for this as Proof of Identity, ie Proof of Address, then this is normally a Ultillity Bill, ie Fixed Line Rental or Fixed Broadband that is billed to your Home Address, some Companies will also accept a Monthly Contract Mobile Bill but not all, I don't believe any of them will accept a PAYG Mobile Account or Bill.
