I haven’t used my EE pay as you go number for one year now. I had to go back to my home country because of Covid. My app says the number is still linked to my mail but my friends using other services received mails and had to top up to keep their numbers.
There’s no way to mail EE, they just have texting and calling services. I want to know if the number is still under my name or if I need to top up or mail somebody to keep the number.
