I am constantly topping up and buying packs,add ons but always running out of minutes I jst put another tenner top up in and only have 30p left, it's getting to the stage I am for another company!!! Jst bought a £1 bundle and now only got 30p...

Disappointed customer !!!!

Welcome to the community.

Have you thought about maybe changing to a larger pack or changing to a pay monthly plan, if you're eligible? Text ALL PACKS to 150 to get some pack options.

Have you thought about not taking people’s money without providing any real service for that money? Have you also thought about the fact that there’s a free market out there and competition and you’re not the best network if you keep taking your customers money without providing a fair service for that money? 🤔 maybe go and think about it? I think I will now be closing my account.
