Welcome to the community,

Chat is still available to mobile customers on a pay monthly contract. If you log-in to your account via the web, when someone is available, live chat will show.

Done that severally not giving me option to chat online.

Can not make calls as I am currently abroad on holidays

You can access our live chat team through our Contact Us page or within your My EE Account.

If you're abroad the only way to connect to our online chat team is through your My EE Account.

Is there anything we can help you with regarding your bill on here, without needing access to your account?
