    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't have a bill date beyond the 28th of a month. Otherwise it makes a nonsense of Feb &amp;amp; 4 other months.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you really mean you've change your payment date to the 31st? In which case your billing date will be on about the 24th (which is possible).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just changed my billing date from the 21st of each month to the 31st, will that take effect this month meaning I won’t pay until January 31st, or would it take until February 31st for effect?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
