How do I upgrade, wthout any sim only upgrade offers?

I am being offered an upgrade, as my iPhone contract has expired, but when I click on SIM ONLY offers, there are no offers showing?!

How do I upgrade?

@Goody2b if your contract has come to the end of it's full term just phone customer services and tell them you wish to keep your existing phone and change to sim only - that's what I did. An upgrade usually means taking on a new phone contract. Bear in mind today is a Bank Holiday so you may not be able to get through until tomorrow.
