Say No To 0870 is free to use &amp;amp; Which recommended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It permits you to search any 0842, 0843, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871, 0872 or 0873 number to find an inclusive or geographic rate 01, 02 or 03 number or a free 0800 or 0808 number. You can search by number or by company name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been using it for over 2 decades &amp;amp; can count the few times they have not had a viable alternative on the fingers of one hand. The &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;cost&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; of calling these &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;numbers&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; can be broken down into a service charge and an access charge, the latter may be significantly higher from mobiles so always consider calling &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;0871 numbers&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; from a landline.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From a landline the service charge will be the same as from a mobile. Only the Access charge will be cheaper by 54p.&lt;/P&gt;
