&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately there is no account access on this public forum, so you will need to call EE C/S on 150 from your mobile to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That said, it's worth being aware of the Direct Debit guarantee which promises a "full &amp;amp; immediate refund if a payment is taken in error" should C/S not be able to rectify any errors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2254498"&gt;@MrMehmed94&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you check your bill, have you been debited twice the amount exact to the penny?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually the automated systems will only raise one debit a month so if you see two separate lines on your statement, it may be worth double checking by contacting EE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You wouldn't by chance have paid your bill directly yourself whilst having a DD in operation? That could be 1 explanation of how your bill came to be taken twice from your bank account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
