This would only make sense if you would be perfectly happy to borrow that same amount with the same interest from any other party, such as a bank or a friend (at which point, it would be less of a headache just to do that rather than get an exemption/exception).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on a monthly contract. Is it possible to upgrade my monthly payments higher to get a new phone contract without paying out money upfront. I have seen a new phone out and higher monthly payments but I can't afford a payment&amp;nbsp; like 193ponds out upfront.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
