      <title>After contract ended, upgrade overdue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid 1st bill in advance then monthly on 26th by direct debit.My upgrade was due more than a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account is in credit as a direct debit wasn't cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a) Do I need to give 30 days notice to close account instead of upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) Can I cancel direct debit as 26th November is for month ending 26th December&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c) Can I request repayment of credit balance anytime?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
