      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had issues with trade-in process after an early upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second time in a row my returned handset has magically disappeared. Couldnt find my postal receipt the first time and got charged over £300 on the xmas eve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This time it's £165 im being threatened with. Have the postal tracking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sick and tired of it. And don't see why customers have to phone Brightstar or Likewize either. Im EE's customer, i pay EE - get your act together.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The live chat is pathetic. People at the other end just keep telling you to go to Brightstar. Phone UK customer services and they tell you its Likewize.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If EE don't know then what chance is there of resolving it??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Great network and deals - appalling customer support &amp;amp; service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
