Is EE always this difficult?

Long time vodafone customer, jumped ship by getting two payg ee sims. not bad, not great but not bad. spotted a good deal of 150gig data contract at £16 a month, then found i could upgrade my payg until id been with ee a month (why stop anybody wanting to sign up to two 24 month contracts??) anyway the month is up soon and its now £20, thats £192 more over the contract length. tbh i only need tops 15 gig so am looking at going back to voda. Its a double edged sword for me voda is ay better call quality/ coverage ee is better data coverage. wish me luck, in 3 days its either ee or voda ! (the month long embargo is up!)
