    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to upgrade my two contracts that are both available for upgrade but it says no plans available. I've been with EE since 2015/16 and normally upgraded through carphone warehouse which was simple and easy. I don't have time to phone 150 or try figure out why it's constantly doing this when I try to upgrade. Is this a issue with the site? It's frustrating and I'm at the stage where I just might go to carphone warehouse and get other deals. I've been trying to upgrade since November.&amp;nbsp; Someone help please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is no account access on these forms therefore nobody can check your account to establish what contract you are on and what upgrades you are eligible to claim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 or visit an EE store.&lt;/P&gt;
