Barred calls to Italy

Hi,

I'm having issues with this matter and it seems like the call centre is too busy.

Can someone please explain why my calls abroad, from the UK are barred?

Any light on this is much appreciated.

Have you had a look in your account settings on My EE ?

Log into My EE at the below link:

Once logged in select Account Settings (down the left handside of the webpage).

Next select Check Your Controls (in the Parental & Data Controls part).

Next make sure the "Make calls abroad from the UK" is ticked/allowed.
