Can I remove loyalty discount?

My partner works for BT and had given me the 30% friends and family discount code which can only be used when applied online. I can’t add it to my contract though as EE are giving me 10% loyalty discount. Is there anyway I can remove the loyalty discount so I’m able to apply it.

@Finlay2 You can not add it mid contact you need to apply it when upgrading or taking out a new contract

I am upgrading my contract, and I have an NHS discount to add, but EE are giving me a 10% loyalty discount, I want to remove the discount to add the NHS discount so that I can purchase online. Is this possible?

@tiacs97 You’ll have to speak with customer services to request that.
