VAT invoice for consumer account

HI,

I need a VAT invoice for the bills I have received and the bills don't show the VAT. How can I get one for a consumer account?

Welcome to the community.

Our bills for personal users now show all charges inclusive of VAT.

If you need a VAT breakdown for business purposes, you would need to switch to a business account.
