High First Bill

I started a new contract at the start of November and had the monthly bill of £57.50 but got £15 off because of a trade in deal, making me monthly charge £42.50.

My first bill was unexpectedly £92.36. My last contract was in my Dads name and bank but not it has been changed to me for this contract and I’m not sure why it’s so high

What does your bill say?

You would be charged a months rental plus the part month you've used. Your bill should then be your agreed monthly cost.
