adding EE perk to an upgrade

Hi,

I received a notification that I can upgrade for free if I choose a more expensive plan, which I have done, however when I try to add my EE Perk discount to the gift voucher section I physically cannot type into the box, clicking on it does nothing. I have tried on 3 different devices now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you 🙂

@swainz is the plan you’re choosing got any discount on it even though it’s more expensive than your current tariff ? You can only have one discount on a tariff so if it’s discounted you will not be able to put your discount on it. If this is the case then I recommend you call customer services as they will be able to help you.

Sorry, the EE Perk discount can't be used in conjunction with an early upgrade discount.
