I ordered a xbox x last night as a add on plan. The customer service agent told me it was £10 upfront and then £31 a month for 11 months which I agreed to. The xbox has been dispatched and is due for delivery today. I have now had a text from you saying its £31 a month for 24 months this is not what I agreed to. I have attached a picture of what I agreed over text with your agent. Please confirm this will only be over 11 months as agreed.

It's the 1 with additional controller I wanted but he said they were not in stock only the 1 with the 1 controller but that would be £31 a month for 11 months not £31 a month for 24 months which adds upto £754.

Is it the Series X you went for?

I believe they've been out of stock everywhere for a while now including with EE.

So not sure if you meant the Xbox One X, or the Series S, or something like that.

Or perhaps you got lucky with the Series X.
