100 percent upgrade offer available but then now showing

Hello on my ee app and thru the website once logged in it shows I can get 100% off my upgrade fee on certain phones such as Samsung s21 ultra

However when I click into the phone every plan on this shows I need to pay my £200 upgrade fee.

I called ee and they said it's an offer only thru the website . Any help?

I've tried other phones where it shows the 100% fee offer but it has the same issue. And also I don't seem to have the offer where I can trade in my XR

Then what does it say under your 'offers and upgrades' section of your My EE account? Is there an 'upgrade for free when you swap your old phone' banner?

You can sometimes trade in your device to upgrade early.

There's nothing about trade in but when I click in there are various phones that show the below but when I click into it it still asks me to pay the early upgrade fee

Are there any offers where, if you trade your phone in, you get the early upgrade fee waived, @T1231?

There is no option anywhere that allows me to choose to trade my phone in
