Hi @Lucy000 ,

If you currently have a pay-monthly SIM or contract phone which is soon to reach the end of the minimum term and you would like to lose access to your mobile phone number and have the SIM deactivated, then you should give notice to cancel the contract.

If you would like to continue to receive calls but no longer pay the monthly amount, you can give notice to request the SIM is moved from pay-monthly to Pay As You Go.

If your number is important to you, you may wish to browse the SIM-only upgrade options to see if any is suitable for your needs. Good luck!

@Lucy000 : Yes, you have to give 30 days notice of cancellation. You may tender that notice any time on or after 30 days before the end of your min. contract term, to expire on or after the end of your min. contract term.
