@rakhithad : EE does not issue bills or invoices for PAYG Top-Ups. There is no Live Chat available for PAYG nos.

If you require VAT receipts you would need to have a business contract with EE.

@rakhithad : There are no bills for PAYG. You pay for things out of your PAYG credit. If you need a VAT receipts you would need to take out a business a/c.
