Omg similar situation I have tried paying my bill this evening said oops there has been an error and that it had not gone through. After attempting this x3 I have checked my bank account money is all pending in my account. I hope this does not go through as that would mean my bill has cost me £540.35 omg I’m not happy at all

@jojo2017 : If these payments never went thro' these Pending payments should be removed from your bank a/c within a few days.

(If you're paying a mobile bill you can't be topping up credit.)
