My husband suffers mental health issues he’s in hospital at the moment for upto 6 months and he doesn’t use it my husband own ohonE we have e e sim, and I’m still paying for the sim what do I do can I cancel his phone numbers

Are you aware if the SIM is still in contract?

As it's his contract he will need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of his contract. If still within the min term he will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.
