So I have got an offer stating that I will get 100% off early upgrade for being a loyal customer on a trade in plan I cannot do this online as it tries to process me as a new customer and open a new account I called the upgrade centre and was told for 4 days that the upgrade tools was down on there system I tried again today and was told I couldn’t have the deal because the T’s&C’s have changed but I’m still being offered this online should it not be honoured I have a picfure of the offer too
