Hi. I want to do flexing upgrade. The cost is 168£. I would like to take iphone 13 pro 512g but it always showing me Sorry Pawel, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.

why ?

can i go to shop and to flexy upgrade and chokse the phone which i want or no ?

@chazychaz20 Do you mean anytime upgrade? You’ll have to call customer services about this as that message means there are no tariffs the same cost or higher than the one you have now.

So what? I need to take higher offer or on the same level as i got right now ? It cant be lower ?

hmmm mayby i gonna wait till 24/12/2021 when im gonna be normaly upgrade

Hi @chazychaz20,

Yes, with Upgrade Anytime, you'll need to pick a price plan of equal or higher monthly cost. This isn't the case with standard upgrades.

You can upgrade early in any EE store.

Ok so im guessing its better to wait till the end of year and than do normal one
