&lt;P&gt;When did you return the device? There could have been an overlap period between the phone being returned and the bill being produced.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, it will be amended on your next bill.&lt;/P&gt;
