      <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract is up on 31st November. I used to have the option to early upgrade but now says I am not eligible for upgrade at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I text up to 150 all I get back is we are unable to process your request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No debt on the account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
