    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been offered the chance to upgrade yet the cost, on a like-for-like basis, is £19/month more expensive than a new contract with Vodaphone via Curry's. It would even cost me more if I took out an upgrade on the exact same phone I've already got!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure there will be some sort of blah blah blah 'justification' but it's a nonsense to treat customers this way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Handsets are more expensive and prices increase every year.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suppose it's a trade off for the network between investing in your network or subsidising handsets to increase customer numbers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Good luck with your new network.&lt;/P&gt;
