Hi I have left England last year and I contact the EE for stopping my account but its not now I see i got lots of money to pay and I will cant pay it all and thanks

When did you contact EE to close the account?

Did you call?

Were you still in contract.

If you are still in contract you have to pay the remainder of the contract off. They won't let you cancel without paying it all off.

Hi @John19831

How did you request to cancel? Were you looking to change your number to pay as you go, cancel it completely or use a PAC code to transfer your number to another network?
