    <description>&lt;P&gt;My iPhone was due an upgrade however I received a better deal from another provider. I requested a code to transfer over but my new upgrade didn’t go through. My account with EE now says no longer eligible for an upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you contact customer services on 150 they will be able to cancel your PAC code you will then be eligible to upgrade again.&lt;/P&gt;
