&lt;P&gt;In order to give disconnection notice on an EE pay-monthly mobile account, you will either need to call in or write to EE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're calling C/S from within the EU, the call will be free - if outside, international charges will apply unless you use a web-calling app such as Skype.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have left the UK for good in September this year while there were still 2-3 months left in my mobile plan. I called customer service before leaving to check how will I cancel the contract and the agent told me to do it on 1st November via "webchat" to avoid early termination fee. But I can't find the webchat service anywhere!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is only a page showing "&lt;EM&gt;A&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;'Start conversation'&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button will appear in a few moments&amp;nbsp;during opening hours&lt;/EM&gt;". I'm sure I am waiting during the opening hour but there is no such button the whole time. How do I do this then?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
