&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;0800 calls are free from all UK phones, and if you've genuinely been charged for these then that's an error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise there's no account access on this public forum and you'll need to call EE C/S on 150 to resolve billing queries.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
