Awaiting confirmation on order for over 7 days

Hi,

I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 13 pro 128GB graphite on 11/10/2021. It said usual dispatch within 7 days, it has now been over 7 days and I have yet to receive an update of any sort and it still just says awaiting confirmation when using the online order tracker.

Is there stock issues with the phone? Is there a way to change my order to a different colour? As I know the graphite ones are quite popular.

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

The current wait time for new orders of that model is 28 days. As we receive stock, we'll clear the oldest orders first.

If you would like to discuss changing to a different model, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team who'll run through some options with you.
