&lt;P&gt;If the contract is in your name then you're legally responsible for that contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to be difficult you can request a new SIM and the existing SIM will be cancelled with a new one sent to the account holders address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Right have ee account in my name and my sons but got our daughter a phone on contract but we have fallen out and she refuses to pay for it.we phoned ee but were told we were responsible for it and had to pay every Month or pay for it in full.is there anything we can do. any help would be greatful thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
