What was the transaction for? Was it a payment for a phone or a pay as you go top up?

Was a duplicate payment taken?

I would recommend speaking to our customer care team on 150 who can look into this further for you.

I'm not an EE customer I just want to take a phone and pay per month and couldn't give me the money it took me

Hi @Andrei121.

The best way to get this cancelled would be to give our Customer Care team a call, they will be able to take information from you to try and find your order.

The alternative option is to send the phone back once it arrives.
