Calling them 6 or 7 times, and having to wait approximately&nbsp; 30 minutes each time before speaking to someone, and then spending, on average an hour on the phone.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I've spoken to them via chat so many times I've lost count, the last chat session for nearly 2hrs. The last few chat's/ phone calls, I've been promised it was all sorted, and that my bill would be amended.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>This morning, checking my bank, I see they have taken the wrong amount. I told them umpteen times the information on my web account was showing the wrong information, I called &amp; chatted to them yesterday voicing my concerns, and still everything is wrong.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The account details are still showing the wrong monthly amount to be taken from my account and the wrong balance.
