      <title>Issue with upgrading to monthly plan and new phone.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1 - I upgraded my phone to an iphone 13. &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I received 3 phones instead of 1 phone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;. I tried to contact EE customer service. I got an agent on the line and he told me that I will be charged to return the two additional phones, then he told me that he could not reach the relevant service and asked me to call later. I am not happy about this as I only ordered 1 iphone 13 and I do not want to pay to return the other phones.&lt;BR /&gt;2 - I set up one of the three phones but there is NO SERVICE. I cannot make or receive phone calls. what is going on ?? I tried to log in to my ee account online but I cannot as I get the following message: "Login error - Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."&lt;BR /&gt;This is extremely frustrating as I use this phome for my business and I cannot contact anyone of my clients.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I cannot call customer service anymore as this is my only phone and I do not have an alternate phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
