Since I got new phone.been told to pay 70 pound upfront one off pay.but I v been charged again 70 pound as extra charge in my bill.showing equipment cost 149.99 pound.dont understand why been charged for 70 initially and after paid such one off payment then why again been charged as another one off equipment payment.make no sense

Terms was 24 months contract.15 pound per months.upfront one off 70 pound which has been paid.so new bill said as I have to pay again 70 pound as equipment cost.
