&lt;P&gt;As per &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/billing-usage-and-top-up/track-and-manage-your-usage/how-do-i-set-up-and-manage-spend-cap" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;EE's help on using spend cap&lt;/A&gt; , the facility doesn't restrict in-app purchases and it's possible there's another reason for this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
