Yes I am. I need a lowest data plan because hardly use it. Looking for £9 to £10.00 plan.

I used to pay £10.69 monthly. Now EE increased to £15 monthly.

Lowest plan I can see as an Upgrade is 24mth 5G SIM Only, UL mins + UL Txt + 250mb of 5G Data + Stay Connected Data (0.5mbs DL Speed) after your 250mb runs out.

£11 pm.

How long you been with EE, personally I would be ringing CS Upgrade Team and asking what they can offer you as you don't use it much, they may be able to offer you a simple Plan from under the table, if that's no good ask for your Pac Code to leave and see what happens next.

It's also worth consulting the SIM only price guide

On a 24month minimum term, you can get a plan for £11/month. It's £13/month on a 12month basis.

Thank you so much for your help.

I have been with them for a very long time. I was with BT/O2 etc. Currently, I am in the USA for short while and was looking for any chat support but could not find one.

I also found some upgrade options but it's very confusing. I doubt it may for an additional line for the existing customers?

You can access live chat during normal C/S opening hours once you're signed into your myEE online account.
