Cancelling the order seems a little extreme if a change of plan is all that is required, everything i have ordered is perfectly spot on, apart from the fact i cant currently confirm if upgrade anytime was included.

You and i both know that cancelling an order for an iPhone that has already been confirmed probably isn't a wise move in the current circumstances as good knows when they will be available again

Changing Tariff after upgrade?

I have just put through a pre-order for the iPhone 13 and whilst I am reasonably sure I selected the right tariff, because the website is having problems due to traffic volume, I can't really go back in and check whether I did in fact select the right tariff.

So my question is, if i haven't selected the right one, am i able to change to the right one by speaking to 150?

specifically i want to make sure mine includes the upgrade anytime element, but the confirmation email i received doesn't mention this.

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
