&lt;P&gt;Is there an explanation for the charges on the bill? Quite often if you view the bill via myEE online rather than the app, there is extra detail with additional charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the 31st August 2021, I had upgraded my device and got my bill yesterday. When I opened up the bill to have a look at the cost, I was shocked to see that I had extra charges on my bill that was quite pricey. Does anyone know what the extra charges are for as I have no clue, since I already have paid the upgrade fee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If your not sure give customer services a call and they’ll go through this with you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
