Upgrade Loyalty Discount?

My upgrade is due and been looking at some contract prices.
I checked the prices before & after logging into my account and can see no change in price. Is there no incentive for returning customers to upgrade? Seemed odd to me!

@JOSHCL1 You could say the same for new customers. Should EE give cheaper deals to entice new customers ? Everyone what’s a cheaper deal be it new or upgrading customers. You best option is to call customer services and see what you get can offer.
